Feedback on the BU satisfaction survey

During the first university semester, a survey was carried out to determine the level of satisfaction with de service and support offered by the university library.

The aim of this survey is to show the commitment of the CY Cergy Paris Université Library, with the aim of improving the quality of customer service by taking part in the Service Publics+ scheme.
The scheme is in fact an interdepartmental programme designed to make the user experience a priority. If you would like more information, please visit our page.
