The collections are centered around the following disciplines - mathematics, physics, computer science, life and earth sciences - and economics - marketing techniques.
Other disciplines such as astronomy, chemistry, medical sciences, engineering sciences, economics, management and advertising are also present.
The university library also includes a collection dedicated to the CY Education Libraries, primarily intended for students enrolled in professionnal bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in teaching, education, and training (MEEF). There are books on the subjects taught in nursery and elementary schools, as well as teaching aids (kits). There is a specific collection of children's literature, including albums, stories, and novels. There are also annals for the CRPE (School Teachers Recruitment Competitions) exam.
The library also provides collections for the preparation of the CAPES / AGREG exams in mathematics, including textbooks from sixth to twelfth grade.
A Research collection reserved for Master and Doctorate students and teacher-researchers (around 5,600 books) is also available.
The university library is divided into many areas :
La rotonde with books on science (from the first year of a bachelor's degree to the last year of a master's degree), economics and management, marketing techniques, language and orientation. Briefcases and educational science periodicals are also available. For a moment's pause, this area also offers a leisure collection.
La mezzanine houses educational science books and the children's literature.
Capes/Agreg space is mainly accessible for Masters and PhD students.
The study room includes group rooms that can accomodate between 2 and 8 people (book in advance on Affluence via this link) including two rooms with computer workstations. There are also computer facilities available to students.
The siesta room offers a place to relax and unwind.
Public
The Saint-Martin library is aimed at students from Licence to Doctorat level, as well as teachers. It also welcomes students studying for the Capes in mathematics and those preparing for the agregation in mathematics.

When the library is closed, documents can be put in the "book box" situated on the right of elevators, next to the library entrance, on the third floor.
Pedestrian access : 10 minutes from Cerclades and Chênes libraries and Cergy-Préfecture station.
The Saint-Martin university library is on the Saint-Martin site.
It's on the third floor of Building C.
To get there, enter via building A, then turn left.
Access is via elevator (still on your left), which take you directly to the front of the library, or via the stairs.
Or by public transport :
RER A and Line L, stop at Cergy-Préfecture station.
RER C and Line H, stop at Pontoise station.
STIVO bus lines 1230 and 1238, Plateau Saint-Martin stop, drop off on avenue Adolphe Chauvin, almost opposite the university building.

The library is accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to the elevators at in the entrance of building B.
Signage on the floor at every space entrance warns about the potential obstacles in the library spaces.
Restrooms are accessible in the entrance.
Adapted furniture :
Rooms equipped with specific furniture, such as adjustable tables, are available by reservation.
An adapted loan machine is available at the reception desk.
