Collections and spaces

The Cergy-Hirsch library  is one of the CY Education Libraries. It primarily welcomes students enrolled in the MEEF master's program, but is open to all

Here you'll find books on the subjects taught in nursery and elementary schools, as well as  teaching aids (kits).
A specific collection of children's literature, including albums, stories and novels. There are also annals for the CRPE exam, to help you prepare for the exams as effectively as possible.

Inacessible to the public, the stores (or archives as they more commonly known) contain works that can be borrowed. All you need to do is ask your librarian.

The library has several important areas :

• The reception room, with teaching aids.
• The textbook room, with cycle 1 to 3 textbooks.
• Group rooms for 8 to 20 people.
• The geneal fund room.
• The album area.
• Multimedia area.

Public

The Cergy-Hirsch library gives priority to students enrolled in professional bachelor's degree, and MEEF 1 and 2 master's programs.
However, it remains open to all.

How to find us

Pedestrian accesse (10 minutes from Cerclades library and Cergy-Prefecture station and 15 minutes from Chênes Library)

The university library on the Cergy-Hirsch site, on the first floor of the main building.

You can reach it by public transport :

• Stop at Gare de Cergy-Prefecture (RER A and SNCF L line)
• The following bus routes : 95-18 ; 95-19 ; 95-20 ; 57 EX16 ; EX27 ; EX80, stop at Cergy-Prefecture RER or Cergy-Prefecture Gare.
• Take bus 48 from Cergy-Prefecture station and get off at the Les plants stop before walking for 5 minutes.

Accessibility for disabled people

Building and Library's Accessibility :

• Cergy-Hirsch library is located on the ground floor and is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• Adapted restrooms are accessible next to the library.
