Wifi access

To use this WiFi network, simply select the cyu-wifi network on your computer or phone. You'll be taken to a portal, where you'll be asked to identify yourself with your student login. If the portal doesn't appear, enter a URL of your choice in any browser ( Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Chrome...).

For example: http://www.wifi.fr (BE CAREFUL not to enter an https URL: in this case, the automatic redirection to the authentication portal will not work).

Your browser should automatically redirect you to the authentication portal.

Connecting to eduroam or cyu-wifi-personnels: You'll need to use your school's personal login and password to access the ENT.
If the portal doesn't appear, enter any URL in any browser (Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Chrome...).

Connect to the eduroam network if your school allows it, otherwise to eduspot.

eduroam on Windows :

•     Click on the “Settings” button
•     Click on “Network and Internet
•     Click on “Wi-Fi
•     Click on “Manage known networks”.
•     If you already have an eduroam network, delete it by clicking on it and then on the Forget button.
•     Click on the Add a new network button
•     Select “eduroam” from the wifi networks displayed.
•     Click on Connect. Enter the same login as for ENT and your password: for example, the eduroam login for Mr Martin Dupont would look like mdupont@u-cergy.fr. Please note that this is not an e-mail address, but your ENT login followed by @u-cergy.fr.

eduspot:

If the portal doesn't appear, enter a URL of your choice in any browser ( Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Chrome...).

For example: http://www.wifi.fr (BE CAREFUL not to enter an https URL: in this case, the automatic redirection to the authentication portal will not work).

Select the “cyu-wifi-guest” network from the list of available WiFi networks.
From the portal, select “Connect with your guest or sponsor login”.
Your username and password will be sent to you by the library and will be valid for one year from the date your account is activated when you log in for the first time. If you forget or lose your login details, please ask at a reception desk or contact us by e-mail at bibliotheque@ml.u-cergy.fr.
