Library access and registration

Access

Access to the library premises is free for members of the university community (students, staff) and teachers on presentation of proof, but requires paid registration for people outside of teaching.  

Registration form :

CY Cergy Paris Université students :

You are automatically enrolled when you register for school. Your student card gives you access to the services of the university library and is compulsory for access to the premises.

CY Cergy Paris Université teachers and staff :

You can register by completing the online registration form or in person at the reception desks at the various libraries.

CY Alliance students and staff :

You can register by completing the online registration form or in person at the reception desks at the various libraries. Once you have completed your registration, you will be issued with a card giving you access to the university library premises and services (borrowing, wifi, group room, etc.)

Students and teachers from a school other than CY Alliance or CY Cergy Paris Université :

Registration is compulsory and free to access the Cerclades library. To obtain an access card, you can register by completing the online registration form or in person at the reception desks at the various libraries.

Proof of identity will be required for all university libraries in the netword.

If you wish to use your card for borrowing, accessing the wifi and group room, you will have to pay the annual registration fee of 37 euros, on presentation of proof of identity.

People from outside higher education :

There is a registration fee of 37 euros, valid for 1 year from the date of registration.

Registration is carried out at the reception desks of the various libraries, on presentation of an identity docuement. You can also register online by completing the registration form.

Registration gives you access to university library services (borrowing, using the wifi and accessing group room).
