Do you spend a lot of time at the CY libraries ?

This is your chance to help us to improve the quality of our services. We would really appreciate if you could fill in our survey. The results of this survey will help us to obtain the Service public + label that enhances the services inherent to the quality of the reception.

The survey will take place from November 4th to November 22nd. Your opinion will help us to improve and perfect our receptioning conditions in order to provide the best services we can.

In order to participate in our survey you can :

• Click on this link
• Use the printed forms present in some libraries

At the end of the contest, one name will be drawn for each library. There will be 10 lucky ones on the CY libraries network ! 

In order to try and win goodies from CY BU suppliers, follow these steps :

• Answer the form and show evidence of your participation to the survey to the reception desk of the CY library of your choice.
• Your first name, last name and e-mail adresses will be registered in an excel file ( this information will be erased after the winners are drawn. )
• Only one participation per person is allowed.
