These librarians are here to accompany you to make sure your experience at the university library is as peaceful as possible.  
 

Dedicated services

• Item loan service to make your work sessions more serene. 
• Ease the reservation and borrowing process with a book basket. All you need is to give your book wish list to your point of contact so that they will make your basket. They will call you when it is ready, so you can come and pick it up. 
• The book a room service in order to spend a relaxing moment or to be able to focus more.

• Make your library accessibility more visible our website

The points of contact closely collaborated with the website team in order to create an "accessibility" section on each library page. This section explains how to access to the library, if there is an elevator and also describes the furniture and objects that make your library more welcoming. . 

•  Making accessible Reader's guides in order to make information accessible to everyone.  

In 2025, your points of contact elaborated reader's guide in order to make each library's essential information accessible to everybody. 

• Each CY Library in Cergy area has its own Reader's guide that gives you information on :

  • Things you can do in your library
  • Services offered by your library 
  • Services dedicated to researchers
  • Localisation
  • Things you can find in your library
  • Your library's opening hours
• A sensory kit containing timers, a magnifying glass, a fidget and a ear defenders is also available ineach CY library. 

 A strong link with CY Health Department 

• Our services are now intertiwined thanks to joitn initiatives : 
  • bibliographies elaborated for CY Health Department
  • an inquiery addressed to disabled readers, to know more about their use of our libraries
