Relaxbrary : The week that made you feel good !

From March 30 to April 3, the University Library sought to support its users during this particularly busy end-of-year period. A variety of “well-being” workshops were offered to help everyone unwind and recharge.

On the program :

  • “Creative Leisure” workshops : sewing, painting on mandala, origami…
  • “Gardening” workshops : seed bombs, herbarium…
  • “Sports” workshops : yoga, ping-pong, Formula 1, roller derby, baby-foot…
  • And so many others : animal-assisted therapy, cosplay, K-pop challenge, scents and aromas, sophrology, Korean games…

Funded by the CVEC and organized in collaboration with the Culture Department, the Health Department, SUAPS, BDVO, and the University Library, this program brought together nearly 360 participants, reflecting the interest and enthusiasm generated by this initiative.

A big thank you to all the partners and participants, for their commitment and energy, which helped make this week a warm and rejuvenating experience for everyone.
