Recruitment of student instructor at Neuville Library

Neuville library is actively looking for its next instructor for 2024-2025

 

Principal functions :

• Reception of students : bibliographic informations, loan transcations, registrations, information on services developed by the library.
• Storage and reclassification of documents.

Required profil :

• Availability, rigor, punctuality.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to work independtly.
• I Interest in library work.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Duration :

• 6 hours per week on average, from September to June 2025.
• Working hours to be defined on recruitment.
• Must be present several lunches a week from 12 noon to 2pm.
