Study rooms
Students can reserve study rooms at the library of Cerclades, Chênes, Neuville, Saint-Martin and Cergy Hirsch.
- Cerclades Library
- The maximum booking time per day, workroom and carrels included, is two hours per person.
- 1 workroom on the 2nd floor, 3 places available (minimum 2 people)
- 5 workrooms on the 3rd floor. 2 rooms for 2 people, 2 rooms for 5 people, 1 room for 3 people (2 people minimum for all rooms).
- The Cerclades library also has 12 carrels on the 3rd floor equipped with computer stations, for individual work or for a maximum of 2 people.
- Chênes Library

Due to COVID -19, the study spaces currently are not available to students.
- Cergy Hirsch Library
- 5 group work rooms for 2 to 5 people, as well as an individual work room

- 3 work rooms on the 1st floor (right wing), 6 places available for each.

- 2 work rooms: bee room (6 places available) and ants room (4 places available).

Reader PCs and Quick Search PCs
All the libraries offer access to the university's Wi-Fi and are equipped with computer stations with the main office software. You can work there, consult the Internet, do documentary research and access our e-resources.The access provision varies between our libraries.
If you have any access needs, please email before making your booking so that we can let you know what we can offer.
Please note that starting March 24, 2023, all PCs usage will be restricted to our CY students, using their IDs and ENT passwords.
One free-to-use computer will shortly be made available in each of our library (through specifics access conditions, more information available at each of our reception desk)

- 12 carrels on the 3rd floor equipped with computer stations, for individual work or for a maximum of 2 people.To use these carrels, you will need to book a time slot using our Affluences tool or directly at the information desk on the 3rd floor.
