Learning Center works
Due to works for the construction of a Learning Center, the Saint-Germain-en-Laye Library has moved to D building,

Partial access to the collections, spaces and services of the library is provided on the premises.
Part of our collections is relocated to the Cerclades Library in Cergy.
It remains accessible via the ISL service (loan between sites) PES in french

Collections

The Saint-Germain-en-Laye university library is specialized in education and political sciences. The collections offer around 30,000 documents in all media, distributed throughout the Saint-Germain-en-Laye Library and some of them are temporarily placed in the Cerclades Library.
 

Collections in education sciences

The library offers collections for the preparation of the competitive exams for school teachers (CRPE) and also documents on class teaching (textbooks, children's literature, briefcases or multimedia) from kindergarten to cycle 3.
Among the education sciences collection, you will find books on environmental education (adapted pedagogy, social sciences, cognitive sciences) as well as on special educational needs.
Finally, the education heritage collection comes  from former teacher training colleges.

Collections in political sciences

The Library also holds collections in political science,
sociology, economics, law,history and geography.
In addition, the university library offers access to electronic editions
and databases of national and international journals.

printed or electronic documents from the university library's collections:
books, online journal articles, theses, etc
