We hope you will be happy to come listen and discuss
Avale with Séphora Pondi, writer and actress, intern at the comédie française. Come one, come all ! Her novel displays two enthralling characters.
Here is a summary in order to give you a taste of this novel : Tom, a student in pharmacy who's been bullied, rejected and subject to many sorts of frustrations since his childhood, turned into a man out of his depth and erotomaniac, who is grappling with strange drives to devour. Lame, a rising young black actress, resorts to hypnosis sessions in order to cure her gnawing eczema. The first is a raging monster, the second is an actress in the making realising that the body she wants to offer and watch vibrate upon contact with the world, is out of her control and is putting her in danger. Both paths are tangents until they collide.
