Book with Affluences
Book a study room in 3 clicks using our Affluences tool.
- Download the mobile application Affluences or go to your library's booking page:
- Select the room you wish to reserve, select the time slot and the duration, then click on "reserve"
- Book by entering your email address.
- Confirm your booking from the email received.
Access to the work room is in exchange for your student card, for each user.
- I would like to cancel my reservation, what should I do?

To do this, all you have to do is open the confirmation email you received when you made your reservation, then click on "Cancel my reservation".
- Why haven't I received my confirmation email ?

In 99% of cases, the problem stems from an error in the specified email address, either because of a typo or because the email address is not functional. And check your spam carefully.
- Why was my reservation canceled?
- There are 2 possibilities: Either you have not confirmed your reservation within 2 hours of your request by clicking on the link "Confirm my reservation" from the confirmation request email that you received in your email box (if it was made from the reservation site or from the mobile application in the case of a first reservation). Either your reservation has been canceled by the library staff, in the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes for example.
