Service Focus : Public Services +

 CY university libraries have taken part in Public Service +  since 2023.
 

In 2025, CY libraries received the silver label in order to reward our involvment in making our libraires the most welcoming and pleasant for our users. 
The award was displayed in every CY library in order to promote this success. In 2024, we achieved 82% satisfaction rate, our commitment was rewarded with 96% satisfaction in 2025.

We thank our users for their annual participation in Public Service + survey which enables us to improve our libraries services and reach excellence.
