Getting a reader's card

If you are currently attached to a department, or institution of the CY University, as a member of staff, a student, or an academic visitor, your CY student/staff card provides you with access to the CY Libraries. You can active it at the information desk of the library.

  • for students : the student card is required
  • for teachers and academic staff : the staff card or a written proof is required
  • for people not coming from the CY University  : an ID card and a proof of address are required ; moreover, you have to pay a 32 euros subscription fee.
 

The University of Cergy-Pontoise has concluded an agreement which allows students coming from the colleges mentioned below to borrow books freely from our libraries :

  • École nationale supérieure de l'électronique et de ses applications (ENSEA)
  • École de biologie industrielle (EBI)
  • Institut Polytechnique Saint-Louis (IPSL) : ECAM-EPMI, EPSS, ILEPS
  • École nationale supérieure d'arts de Paris-Cergy (ENSAPC)
  • Preparatory classes : Pissaro (Pontoise), Kastler (Cergy), St Exupéry (Mantes), Gustave Monod (Enghien), Jean Perrin (St Ouen L'Aumône), Jean Jaurès (Argenteuil) et Jean-Jacques Rousseau (Sarcelles)
  • ESPE teaching master’s degrees of the Versailles academy, (UEVE Evry, UPONLD Nanterre, UPSUD Orsay, UVSQ Saint-Quentin en Yvelines, INS HEA)
